LOGO DESIGN & GROWLER CONCEPTS
Sexy Beast Brewing Co. is a small town brewery located in southwest Minnesota. This was one of my most fun projects yet, I mean when someone starts with that name how can you not be excited? The request was to have a bull and have a manly look.

These concepts were inspired by wheat stalks and a beer barrel. This would eventually be dubbed the "Bull Barrel". The wheat stalks added a nice spatial element along with adding a frame to the logo. The typeface is a custom modern western style font that I designed to help give the logo its own personality.
For the second step we came up with these variations made up of the elements that the client liked from the previous concepts. The bull barrel became the focal point and the wheat stalks were a nice way to frame everything up. The state of Minnesota was added to show pride in the area and to distinguish the brand.
Here is the final design. A beast of a logo with a typeface with the same sex appeal as Jennifer Anniston at 50.
